About Me

I have been overweight all my life. It’s time to change that. 

My Story:

Over the last six years, I have tried twice to change my lifestyle to lose weight. The first time I lost around 10 lbs before I lost my motivation and stopped. The second time, I lost closer to 15 pounds, but had to stop exercising due to a hip injury. Now, I am trying to get back on track, so I can lose 30 lbs, to meet my goal weight. Feel free to ask me questions!
